Groundbreak Perris Asphalt Paving provides asphalt paving, sealcoating, repair, resurfacing, and related services in Perris, CA and surrounding communities. Services are provided to residential and commercial clients. Availability and scope of work are subject to our scheduling capacity, project requirements, and conditions at the time of service.
All estimates provided by Groundbreak Perris Asphalt Paving are free of charge and based on an on-site assessment of the property and proposed scope of work. Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change based on material costs, changes in scope, or conditions discovered during work that were not visible at the time of the estimate.
An estimate is not a guarantee of final cost. If additional work or materials are required beyond the original scope, we will notify you before proceeding. Final pricing is confirmed in a written contract signed by both parties before work begins.
Scheduled jobs may be subject to rescheduling due to weather conditions, equipment availability, or other circumstances outside our control. We will notify you as promptly as possible if a rescheduling is necessary.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed job, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee as specified in your service contract. No-shows or last-minute cancellations after materials have been ordered may result in material restocking charges.
Payment terms are outlined in each individual service contract. Accepted payment methods will be specified at the time of contract. For residential projects, payment is typically due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. For larger commercial projects, progress billing or a deposit may be required.
Overdue balances may be subject to late payment fees. We reserve the right to suspend or refuse future services for accounts with outstanding unpaid balances.
We stand behind the quality of our work. Specific warranty terms are outlined in your service contract and vary by type of service. Warranties cover defects in workmanship under normal conditions of use. Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper use, vehicle or equipment loads beyond the design specification, acts of nature, soil movement, or issues arising from pre-existing conditions that were disclosed or evident at the time of the estimate.
Material warranties are subject to the terms of the material manufacturer and are separate from our workmanship warranty.
